In deeper water, drag the worm over hard-bottom changes or ledges. Try natural colors in clear water and higher-contrast colors when visibility is limited. The 10-inch size is useful when you want a larger profile; use the 7-inch size when fish prefer a less bulky presentation.

Recommended Rigging & Pairings

Pair with an appropriately sized worm hook, bullet weight, or Carolina-rig terminal tackle. Hook size and weight depend on the specific worm, cover, depth, and fishing line; check fit before fishing.

Learn More at the Xmark Fishing Academy

How to Rig a Texas Rig

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0742/7447/2108/files/7C1654D0-072B-472A-97A9-5F27EB2F1C6A.jpg?v=1792852486
