We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase

Returns-

Receipt and order number are required for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect.

Items may be Returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible items must be unused, in original packaging and in resellable condition. Once you return is received and inspected, we will process the return.

  • Refund will credit to original payment method or 110% Store credit (your choice).
  • Restocking fees can apply to items that are open or not defective.
  • We cannot return used fishing lures, soft plastics (worms), open bait packs, clearance items or bulk/ wholesale orders. 

Wholesale Policy 

For stores carrying our products if an item is damaged or defective we will credit or replace item once notified (please take pictures for tax purposes).

Unsold inventory we offer a buyback or swap program. (example: swap slow movers for new items once per quarter)

Shipping policy

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Tracking provided and updated. Not responsible for carrier delays.
