Who We’re Looking For

We’re not running a generic free product program. We’re building relationships with creators whose content and audiences genuinely fit the Xmark brand.

Ideal Xmark Creators:

• Produce authentic fishing or outdoor content — tutorials, trip recaps, technique breakdowns, gear reviews, or similar
• Have an engaged audience on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, X (Twitter), or other relevant platforms
• Fish or pursue outdoor activities that align with Xmark’s product lineup
• Communicate honestly with their audience and disclose brand relationships appropriately

Follower Threshold: Applicants should generally have at least 1,000 combined followers or subscribers across all of their active social media and content platforms. Audiences may be combined across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms. You do not need 1,000 followers on any single platform.

Reaching 1,000 combined followers does not guarantee acceptance. Xmark Outdoors evaluates all applicants based on audience relevance, engagement quality, content, activity, and overall brand fit. We may consider smaller creators when their content, engagement, audience, or niche is exceptionally relevant.

How It Works

1. Apply — Submit your application below. Tell us about your content, your audience, and how you fish or spend time outdoors.
2. We Review — Xmark reviews your channels, content, and application. We look at your audience, engagement, and how well your content aligns with our brand.
3. Selected Creators May Receive a Kit — If selected, you may receive an Xmark product kit matched to your content, audience, and fishing or outdoor niche. Kits vary by creator and are not guaranteed.
4. Create Authentic Content — Use the products. Share your honest, real-world experience with your audience.
5. Receive Your Creator Code — Approved creators receive a unique discount code to share with their audience, giving followers 5% off eligible Xmark kits. Creator codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes, and certain products may be excluded.
6. Ongoing Evaluation — Xmark evaluates creator performance over time and may offer future product opportunities based on content production, engagement, and continued brand fit.

What We Expect

• Authentic content — We want real experiences and genuine opinions. You are not required to give Xmark products a positive review.
• Proper disclosure — You must clearly and appropriately disclose that you received free products or have a material relationship with Xmark Outdoors, as required by applicable endorsement and advertising rules (including FTC guidelines).
• Content featuring Xmark products — We expect creators to actually use and feature the products they receive.
• Professionalism — Creators represent the Xmark brand. We expect creators to conduct themselves in a way consistent with Xmark’s values.
• Content and media permissions — See the Content & Media Permission section below, and review the Xmark Creator Program Terms for complete details.

Content & Media Permission

Creators retain ownership of their original content.

By participating in the Xmark Creator Program, approved creators grant Xmark Outdoors a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reuse qualifying photos, videos, and other media featuring products supplied through the Creator Program for legitimate Xmark marketing and promotional purposes. Potential uses include:

• XmarkOutdoors.com
• Product pages
• Fishing Academy
• Xmark social media channels
• Email marketing
• Advertising and promotional materials

Xmark may make reasonable formatting adjustments to qualifying content, including cropping, resizing, adding captions, shortening clips, or adapting content to different marketing formats. Xmark will not misrepresent a creator’s statements or opinions.

Xmark does not claim ownership of content creators independently produce. This license applies specifically to qualifying content featuring Xmark Creator Program products.

Do I need 1,000 followers on one platform?

No. Your audience can be combined across all of your active platforms — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels all count. You do not need 1,000 followers on any single platform.

Example: 300 Facebook + 250 Instagram + 200 YouTube + 150 TikTok + 75 X/Twitter + 25 Snapchat = 1,000 combined.

Does having 1,000 followers guarantee acceptance?

No. Reaching 1,000 combined followers does not guarantee acceptance. Xmark evaluates audience relevance, engagement quality, content, posting activity, and overall brand fit. We may also consider smaller creators whose content, engagement, audience, or niche is exceptionally relevant to our brand.

Do I have to give Xmark products a positive review?

No. We want authentic experiences and genuine opinions. You are not required to produce a positive review in exchange for products. You are required to disclose that you received free products, as required by applicable endorsement and advertising rules.

Does everyone receive the same kit?

No. Products may be selected based on your fishing style, audience, content, and outdoor niche. Kits are curated to fit each creator, not standardized.

Can Xmark use my content?

Creators retain ownership of their original content. By participating in the program, creators grant Xmark Outdoors a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reuse qualifying content featuring Creator Program products across XmarkOutdoors.com, product pages, the Fishing Academy, social media, email, and advertising. Xmark may make reasonable formatting adjustments but will not misrepresent your statements or opinions.

Can I receive additional products in the future?

Potentially. Future opportunities may depend on your content production, audience engagement, brand fit, and overall program performance. There is no guarantee of recurring or additional product shipments.

Can my creator code be combined with other discount codes?

No. Creator codes cannot be combined with other promotional or discount codes unless Xmark specifically allows it. Certain products may also be excluded from the creator discount.
