The Danco Tournament Series Beefcake 7-Inch Short-Jaw Aluminum Pliers Kit gives anglers a lightweight, corrosion-resistant tool for cutting fishing line and working with terminal tackle. The compact short-jaw design provides precise control and is especially useful for anglers fishing circle hooks, which normally set near the corner of a fish’s mouth and do not require long jaws for deeply hooked fish.
The pliers are constructed from aircraft-grade T6-6061 aluminum and anodized for corrosion resistance. A rubberized exterior coating improves comfort and slip resistance, while Teflon-coated 420 stainless-steel jaw inserts provide additional strength where it matters most.
Replaceable tungsten-carbide side cutters are designed to cut braided line, monofilament and fluorocarbon. The included 36-inch coiled lanyard connects the pliers to the included 180-degree swiveling rubberized sheath, helping keep the tool secure and within easy reach while fishing from a boat, kayak, pier or shoreline.
