Bass position and mood change. Bottom type changes within a single cast. Depth, current, forage, water clarity, and cover all influence what movement — or lack of movement — is most effective at a given moment. A drag that produces strikes on a gravel flat may be the wrong choice on chunk rock around a laydown. The Initial Fall

Retrieve Methods

Drag

Dragging is one of the most common Ned rig retrieves. Hop

Deadstick
